YOGA for NICARAGUA

YOGA for NICARAGUA

Since April 2018, there have been over 150 deaths due to civil unrest that was prompted when the country's government attempted to change the social security system by increasing workers contributions and decreasing retirement pensions. Nicaragua is the one of the poorest countries in the Latin Americas and this unrest has brought their economy to a standing halt. The suppression brought on by the government has caused many people and their families lost loved ones and the ability to provide basic human needs.

Please join me on Saturday, July 7th at Union Yoga + Wellness in Toronto for a by donation Yoga class from 7-8:15pm. All funds will be donated to Save The Children. A $10 donation is suggested but any amount is welcomed.

You can expect to practice a Warm Hatha based class, open to all levels.

**One winner will be randomly chosen at the end of class to win a WEEKEND PASS (value $180) to the Muskoka Yoga Festival!
