As a previously competitive athlete, Nicky has always had an interest in the body and its ability. She was first drawn to yoga by the asana but after a serious head injury, she found solace in the rehabilitating and calming qualities of pranayama and mindfulness meditation. Today, she continues to evolve as a human and teacher through different trainings, retreats, classes and workshops.
With over 300 hours of training, years of life and teaching experience, you will find her guidance to hold a slower pace with more alignment based cueing. Within this deliberate pace, you are encouraged to dive into your personal experience and explore not only your body and it’s ability but the benefits of a more mindful practice.
