Finding beauty in the ordinary.

Every body and mind has it's own set of boundaries. Every person comes to their practice for a reason.

The practice of yoga became a steadfast in my early life. As a previously competitive athlete, I was initially drawn to the movement component of the practice, specifically the fast paced, vigorously hot classes.

I endured a few injuries, both on and off the mat, that became chronic which affected my physical and mental capacity. I found solace in the more subtle side of the practice; diving deeply into mindfulness, pranayama, gentle and more restorative movement practices. I began healing deeper than the surface layer.

I show up in my practice to continue growing, both as a student and teacher. Self growth is not glamorous. We often grow after turbulent and challenging times. I promise to hold space authentically, sharing my experience and knowledge to the best of my ability. I am passionate about the practice of yoga and feel honoured you are here.

Welcome.
