Soft Magic; a 2hr Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra experience
The lotus flower has a unique ability to bloom from muddy waters and stay untouched by the dirt around it, making this flower a symbol of self-awareness, resilience and growth. Just as the petals unfurl to reveal the beauty within, we too can learn to navigate challenges and emerge stronger, more fulfilled with a greater sense of well-being. The lotus serves as a reminder of the potential for beauty that exists within each of us, waiting to blossom.
