Mat Pilates is a low-impact, core-focused movement practice designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. These classes are taught as part of my certification process and are set up in an intimate, small group setting— 5 participants max.

When attending these classes, you'll get personalized attention and the support of a like-minded community while helping me to refine my instruction skills.

These small group classes are offered as a pay-what-you-can rate of $5–10 as I continue to build out my collection of Pilates props and gear.
