This functional movement class focuses on building awareness, mobility, and confidence to support helpful movement patterns in your daily life, as well as other movement modalities you enjoy!

Expect to explore your own movement patterns such as getting up and down from the floor, walking gait, twisting, side and cross-stepping, as well as gentle jumping.

This is not a yoga flow class — no poses or sequences — just practical, real-life movement designed to help you move well for the long term. This will be a bare-foot class, no shoes.
